Driven by Mission, Fueled by Community
We believe doing good work means doing good, and that starts with investing in the people, organizations, and communities that inspire our team. We’re proud to back the change-makers who are making a difference every day!
Giving back is built into how we show up*

We’re incredibly grateful for Tempest’s generous donation to wrap our STEM Van. Thanks to their support, the van turns heads and sparks curiosity, helping us engage more girls and families in exciting STEM adventures through Girl Scouts. There’s no doubt in my mind that without the wrap, we would not be able to engage as many families and girls as we have these past couple of years.”

Areas of Focus:
We believe education builds stronger communities, fuels creativity, and opens doors. From classrooms to entrepreneurship incubators, we support programs that inspire learning, boost confidence, and create opportunities for all ages. Whether it’s sponsoring local school initiatives or investing in digital literacy, we’re here for the next generation of thinkers, doers, and dreamers.
Hope is powerful, and every kid fighting cancer deserves a chance to just be a kid. We proudly support organizations that bring joy, connection, and healing to children and families facing the unthinkable. From camp experiences to family resources, our giving helps fuel moments that matter for those who need them most.
Our team members are the heart of what we do and the soul behind where we give. Through our team-led giving, employees champion nonprofits they’re personally connected to. It’s our way of turning passion into impact and showing up for the causes that matter most to the people who make Tempest what it is.

Girl Scouts of Montana & Wyoming
Women remain significantly underrepresented in STEM fields, holding less than a quarter of STEM jobs despite making up half of the workforce. Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming is bridging that gap with their Mobile STEM Learning Center (STEM Van) by offering girls engaging experiences that introduce STEM in an approachable, discovery-focused way. Equipped with cutting-edge technology – such as 3D printers, microscopes, and drones – the STEM van has brought hands-on education to 5800 youth in urban, rural, and low-income communities since 2022.
Tempest was proud to donate money for vinyl graphics showcasing the wonderful program and mission.

AMA at Montana State
The American Marketing Association at Montana State University gives students the skills, networks, and experience to step confidently into their careers. Since its founding in 2016, the chapter has grown into a nationally recognized leader, earning the title of Top International Chapter of the Year in 2025. This year, we were proud to support their Regional Conference, a three-day event packed with industry speakers, competitions, and networking that equips students to thrive in the workforce after graduation.
We’ve been proud supporters of AMA at Montana State for years and look forward to continuing our partnership well into the future.

Hellgate Robotics
When you hire a powerhouse team of programmers, it’s no surprise their kids are drawn to STEM, especially technology. Supporting education programs means fueling that same curiosity and passion in students across the community. Through hands-on challenges, teamwork, and creative problem-solving, these programs inspire the next generation of innovators, giving them the tools and confidence to dream big and build even bigger.

Lewis & Clark County 4-H
4-H has been shaping young leaders for generations, instilling values that reach far beyond the show ring. For many of us at Tempest, 4-H and FFA were defining parts of growing up, and giving back to an organization that helped shape who we are today is deeply rewarding. Agriculture is in our roots, and supporting the next generation of leaders is a commitment we’re proud to continue.
